I got back my graded Contracts essay yesterday. I handwrote this one in the hopes that the hard-copy graders wouldn't be quite so completely useless.

On the next to last page I wrote about impossibility of performance.

To the right of my heading, the grader had written, "good issue"

To the left of the same heading, in the margin, the grader had written, "NO!"

...Thank you. That's... enlightening.

Also, on the second page, the grader wrote, "must use legal terms".

Yeah. I think this late in the game, if someone has to tell me that, I think my schedule for December through February is pretty much booked.
