final conclusive proof that barbri's grading system is completely bogus
Today I got my graded Corporations essay back from BarBri.
When I wrote it, I used the BarBri outline, the lecture notes handout, and the Corporations essay outline/checklist. I worked on it for two hours, making sure that I included all of the law verbatim from the materials and that I exhausted the fact analysis.
The result? I wrote an essay that is more organized, more analytical, and contains vastly more law than any real Bar Exam essay could ever hope to have.
I got a 60.
